HOW TO DELETE A DOMAIN / SUBDOMAIN FROM (mspcontrol AND SOLIDCP WINDOWS HOSTING)

A domain is the primary (main) domain in your account whereas, a sub-domain is a part of your main (primary) domain. These domains/sub-domains can be added/removed using your mspcontrol AND SOLIDCP Control Panel by following below mentioned steps.

Prerequisites:
A domain/sub-domain can only be removed from the control panel once you have removed all its dependent (child) pointers. Hence, first of all you will have to check if you are using any of the following features for your domain/sub-domain:

Mail Accounts, Mail Groups, Mail Forwarding, Mail Lists - If you are using any of them, then first remove all of them and then remove your mail domain.
Website and a pointer - If you are using any website and/or website pointer for your domain/sub-domain then remove them first.

Once you are done with this, follow the below mentioned steps to delete a domain/sub-domain:

Click on Domains Icon

It will show you the list of main domains and sub-domains created.

Click on the Name of Sub-Domain that You Want to Delete

Once you click on the sub-domain name it will load various options from which click on "Delete" button.
