How to setup pop retrieval to download mail from an external mail server

Pop retrieval allows you to download mail from an external mail server to the mail server which hosts your domain.
Please log into the smartermail webmail interface at http://webmail.yourdomain.com using the email address and password of the account for which you want to import mail for.

Once logged in, click on the settings Icon within smartermail (situated on the left of the page)
Expand Advanced Settings and select Message Retrieval
On the Message Retrieval window, click New
Complete the details required in order to download mail from the remote server, and press Save when complete.

Note, you will need to provide the remote mail servers IP if your domains dns is pointing to us.
