How To Export SmarterMail contacts to CSV
An CSV file stands for Comma Separated Values. The advantage to exporting contacts to an CSV file is that many applications utilize CSV as a universal file format to store and exchange data.
Applies to SmarterMail 8.x-12.x
To export one or multiple contacts to CSV:
- Log into SmarterMail as a user.
- Click the Contacts icon.
- Select the desired contacts.
- Click the Actions menu and click Import/Export. Then click Export to CSV.
To export all contacts to CSV:
- Log into SmarterMail as a user.
- Click the Contacts icon.
- Click the Actions menu and click Import/Export. Then click Export All to CSV.
