Configure Outlook 2010 IMAP or POP Account

1. Secure Email Settings (Recommended)

Username: user@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account's password.
Incoming Server: securemail.utiware.net
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: securemail.utiware.net
SMTP STARTTSL Port: 587
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication

2. Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)

Username: user@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: pop.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 143 
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: smtp.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port: 25
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.



In Outlook, go to File, Click the Info tab
Click Add Account
Click Manually configure server settings or additional server types radio button.
Click Next.
Click the Internet Email radio button.
Click Next.
Enter the following information:

Your Name:

Email address: 

Incoming Server: pop.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail server: smtp.yourdomain.com

User name:

Password:

Click Next.

 

Note: replace Yourdomain.com with the real domain hosted on Our server

Our mail server requires SMTP Authentication, follow these steps. .

Click on More Settings.

Navigate to Outgoing Server Tab

Check "My Outgoing Server requires SMTP Authentication".

Click OK.

Click Next.

Click Finish.
