How to Switch your .Net Web Application from .Net 2.0 to .Net 4.0 and Vise Vesa

By default your .Net web application is set to utilize the .Net 2.0 framework.  However, you can switch your .Net Web Application to .Net 4.0 from inside your Control Panel.  Below is how to do so.  Please following the same steps if you want to switch your application back to .Net 2.0

How to Switch your .Net Web Application from .Net 2.0 to .Net 4.0

1) Log into your Control Panel
2) Click on the "Web Sites" icon 
3) Click on the website link for which you want to use .Net 4.0
4) Click on the "Extentions" tab
5) Select ASP.Net 4.0 and click the "Save Changes " button to save.
