How to Modify Spam Settings in your WebMail
Unwanted emails are always a concern. You cannot stop people from sending emails to you, however, you can determine which emails are directed to the Junk/Spam folder. Please use the Spam Settings from your WebMail to modify your level of Spam Tolerance. Below are the instructions for you to modify your Spam Settings:
How to Modify Spam Setting in your WebMail

- Log into your WebMail.
- Click on the "Settings" menu item.
- Click to expand "Filtering" menu item
- Click on "Spam Filtering" on the menu
- Select the option for "Override spam settings for this account", and click the "Save" button.
- Click on the "Actions" tab, from there, select the options for how you want your email to handle Spam messages.
- When done, click "Save" to save your settings.
