How to Modify Spam Settings in your WebMail

Unwanted emails are always a concern. You cannot stop people from sending emails to you, however, you can determine which emails are directed to the Junk/Spam folder. Please use the Spam Settings from your WebMail to modify your level of Spam Tolerance.  Below are the instructions for you to modify your Spam Settings:

How to Modify Spam Setting in your WebMail

  1. Log into your WebMail.
  2. Click on the "Settings" menu item.
  3. Click to expand "Filtering" menu item
  4. Click on "Spam Filtering" on the menu
  5. Select the option for "Override spam settings for this account", and click the "Save" button.
  6. Click on the "Actions" tab, from there, select the options for how you want your email to handle Spam messages.
  7. When done, click "Save" to save your settings.
